Cat Limited’s mission is to humanely reduce the free-roaming community cat population in and around Montgomery County, Indiana through targeted spay and neuter efforts. By addressing reproduction at its source, we aim to significantly decrease shelter and rescue intake, improve feline welfare, and reduce euthanasia rates. In addition, Cats Limited works to identify cats and kittens who are suitable for socialization and adoption, placing them into safe, loving homes whenever possible.

Make a donation.

With your help, we can improve the lives of community cats in our neighborhoods.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are volunteers that rely solely on your donations to help alleviate the suffering of free-roaming cats. Along with spaying and neutering come other costs such as medications and medical procedures. Please consider a secure, tax-deductible donation. Any amount helps!

Have Questions? (We had them too)

  • TNR stands for “Trap-Neuter-Return” and is the most humane and effective method for managing feral and free-roaming cats. The cats are humanely trapped and taken to a veterinary clinic for spay or neutering.

  • Controlling feral and free-roaming cat populations is the best way to provide them a better quality of life. If you have animals in your area that you believe are not spayed or neutered, please contact us! A secure, tax-deductible donation also helps us provide more services to help safely and humanely help these cat populations. DONATE HERE!

  • We love working with volunteers! We have many ways that you can get involved including donating, adding Cats Limited to your Kroger card, adopting a cat and we can always use extra hands in trapping, transportation, fostering, and more! Head to our GET INVOLVED page for all the information!

  • We are desperately in need of a van or SUV that we can use to transport cats back and forth to the vet. We drive over 120 miles each week with cats in need of medical care and we often don’t have enough room in our cars for all the cats that need treatment. If you have an older SUV or van that you’re interested in donating, please contact us by clicking HERE! You’ll BE OUR HERO!

We’re part of a community, just like you. And we need your help to make our community a safe and humane place for its free-roaming cats.

Below are just a few of the cats we’ve been able to help in our community.
